Italian artist Giovanni Allovio studied nanotechnology at the University of Twente. He is also interested in classical languages and crafts.
His research revolved around realizing a jewellery collection that, through the philosophy of Quantum Mechanics, can help people cope better with their addictions. Using various metal and silicon plaques, he designed a series of necklaces, bracelets, rings and earrings, using different techniques and materials.
